How do I exhange an item?
SALE TERMS: All first orders must be prepaid by credit card, bank check, or money order.
LEAD TIME: Our lead time usually runs 2-4 days depending on season and order size. We can offer more accurate information when your order is placed. REPAIRS: In the event that your Mirajo Jewelry is in need of repair simply contact us for a repair authorization number. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection please send all repairs insured via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS in a hard box.
EXCHANGES: All jewelry is made by hand and made to last. Because natural materials are used, slight variations may occur from one piece to another. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Special orders and Mystery Jewelry Boxes non-refundable and are non-exchangeable no exceptions. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be issued to orders not following our exchange policy. Please INSURE your package, we cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged due to shipping.
